1. From your 'Zapier' dashboard, select 'Zap'.

2. Click on the 'Trigger' field to select the event.

3. Set up 'Pipedrive' as your trigger.

4. Select 'New activity' as a trigger event.

5. Connect your Pipedrive account.

6. Click 'Test trigger'.

7. Search for and select 'Zoom' as the action app.

8. Choose 'Create Meeting' as the action.

9. Connect your Zoom account.

10. Configure the meeting details and click 'Continue'.

11. Click 'Test step' to perform a test.

12. Once the test is successful, click 'Publish'.
