1. Click on the '+Add apps' section in the left sidebar.

2. In the search bar, type 'Jotform' and select the Jotform app from the results.

3. Click the 'Add to Slack' button.

4. Click 'Use Template'.

5. Choose and template and click on it.

6. Click 'Authenticate'.

7. Select 'Allow' to grant Jotform access to your Slack workspace.
