1. Click on the '+Add apps' section in the left sidebar.

2. In the search bar, type 'Surveys' and select the Surveys app from the results.

3. Click the 'Add to Slack' button.

4. Select 'Allow' to grant Surveys access to your Slack workspace.

5. By connecting Slack with Surveys, you can streamline the process of distributing surveys, collecting responses, and analyzing results directly within your Slack workspace.
