1. Click 'Create' and select 'Zap' to start automation.

2. Click 'Trigger'.

3. Search and select 'Tawk.to' as the trigger app.

4. Choose a trigger event based on your requirements.

5. Click 'Sign in'.

6. Select 'Allow' to grant Tawk.to to access to your Slack workspace.

7. Choose a trigger event based on your requirements.

8. Log in and authorize Zapier to access your Slack account.

9. Map the data from Tawk.to to Slack and click 'Continue'.

10. Select 'Test step'.

11. Click 'Rename' to name your Zap.

12. Once everything is set up correctly, turn on your Zap to enable the integration by clicking 'Publish'.
