Guide

1. Click on the '+Add apps' section in the left sidebar.

2. In the search bar, type 'Zoho Desk' and select the Zoho Desk app from the results.

3. Click the 'Add to Slack' button.

4. Click 'Add to Slack' to sign in to your Zoho Desk.

5. Go to 'Settings' by selecting the gear icon.

6. Go to the 'Developer Space' section and click 'Connections.

7. Click 'Create Connection'.

8. In the search bar, type 'Slack' and select the Slack app from the results.

9. Enter a Connection Name.

10. Choose your Scopes and check each box.

11. Once you're satisfied, click 'Create And Connect'.

12. Click 'Connect' to proceed.

13. Your Slack and Zoho Desk integration is now activated, and notifications will be sent based on your configurations.
