How to Integrate Trello with Acuity Scheduling

  1. Log in to Zapier, click on "Create," and then select "Zaps" to get started.

  2. Click "Trigger" to proceed.

  3. Search for "Trello" to set it as Trigger App.

  4. Choose a trigger event, such as "New Activity," "New Board," etc.

  5. Sign in to your Trello account, grant Zapier access, and click "Continue."

  6. Select "Test trigger" to set up.

  7. Choose a board, then click "Continue with selected record."

  8. Search and select "Acuity Scheduling" as the action app.

  9. Choose an event under Acuity Scheduling.

  10. Connect to Acuity Scheduling by typing your email address and clicking "Next."

  11. Click "Allow access" to proceed.

  12. After logging in, click "Continue."

  13. Complete and customize the required fields, then select "Continue."

  14. Click "Test step" to proceed.

  15. Click "Publish" to complete the integration.
