Guide

1. Open the calendar tab from the left hand side in your desktop

2. Click on the meeting you want to join from the calendar

3. You can directly join via the Join button on this pop-up or else, expand this box to know the meeting id and password to join

4. You will find the meeting id & password

5. Click on 'Join with an ID'

6. Copy paste the 'Meeting Id' & 'Password'

7. Click on 'Join now' to join the meeting
