1. Go to the left-side panel, then click 'Create'.

2. Choose 'Zaps' from the list of options.

3. After that, tap the 'Trigger' tab to start the integration process.

4. Search for 'PandaDoc' and select it from the recommended matches.

5. Next, specify the 'Trigger Event' you wish to use.

6. Tap 'Sign In' afterwards and then log into your PandaDoc account.

7. Subsequently, click 'Authorize' to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.

8. Submit the required information to set up the Trigger accordingly.

9. Once done, tap 'Continue' to run your input and test the Trigger.

10. Click 'Continue' one more time to proceed further.

11. Following that, search for 'HubSpot' and choose it as the Action app.

12. Next, click the pull-down menu and pick the 'Action Event' you prefer to use.

13. Tap 'Sign In' afterwards and then log into your HubSpot account.

14. Subsequently, choose the specific HubSpot account you want to link to PandaDoc and then tap 'Choose Account'.

15. Agree with the associated terms and tap 'Connect App' to proceed.

16. One by one, fill out the input fields with the required information.

17. Once done, click 'Continue' to publish and enable the integration.

18. After completing these steps, your PandaDoc account will be linked instantly to HubSpot.
