Inside the main dashboard of your private SharePoint site, head over to the top-right corner and click the 'Settings' icon.
Select 'Site Information' from the list of options.
After that, click the 'Privacy Settings' menu.
Choose 'Public' to proceed.
Finally, tap 'Save' to apply the changes and make your SharePoint site available to the public.
