1. Navigate to 'Audience', where you'll manage all your customer data.

2. Explore 'Lists & segments' to organize contacts for targeted messaging.

3. Initiate your audience building by selecting 'Create New'.

4. Start a fresh contact group with 'Create list'.

5. Give your list a descriptive name that reflects your marketing goals.

6. Organize with tags for easier management and reporting.

7. Click 'Create list' to finalize your list setup to begin adding contacts.

8. Add your existing contacts to the new list with the 'Upload contacts' feature.

9. Click 'Upload' to import the contact file from Mailchimp.

10. Click 'Next' to proceed to configure how your contacts will be imported.

11. Confirm your import settings to ensure proper contact handling.

12. Specify email as your primary contact identifier for campaign delivery.

13. Click 'Import' to migrate from Mailchimp.
