1. Go to 'Audience' and select 'All contacts'.

2. Click on the "Manage Contacts" dropdown and select "View Contacts."

3. Click on the "New Segment" button.

4. Choose the criteria for your segment. In this case, you can select "Email Subscription Status" and then choose "Bounced."

5. Once you've set your segment criteria, click 'Preview Segment' to see the contacts that match your criteria.

6. After reviewing the segment, you can choose to either delete the bounced contacts or update their status to 'cleaned'.
