Guide

1. Open Dropbox in your browser or the Dropbox desktop app and log in.

2. Open the file you want to print.

3. If the file isn’t stored locally, download it by clicking the "Download" button (or right-click the file and choose "Download").

4. Open the downloaded file (PDF, Word document, image, etc.) using an appropriate application (e.g., Adobe Reader, Microsoft Word).

5. Press Ctrl + P (Windows) or Cmd + P (Mac), or go to File > Print within the app.

6. Set printer preferences (paper size, orientation, etc.) and click Print.
