How to Print Labels from Microsoft Access



Guide

  1. Click on the 'Create' tab in the Ribbon.

  2. In the 'Reports' group, click on 'Labels'. This opens the 'Label Wizard'.

  3. The 'Label Wizard' will prompt you to choose the label size and standard label formats.

  4. Click 'Next'.

  5. Set up the text appearance and click 'Next'.

  6. Choose the available fields you like to sort and click 'Next'.

  7. Select the fields you want to display and arrange them in the desired order on the label. Click 'Next'.

  8. Once you’re satisfied with the label layout, name your label and click 'Finish'.

  9. Once done, it will generate a 'Label Report' that you can print.

  10. Click the 'Print' option to print your file.

  11. To finalize the process, click 'OK' to proceed with the printing.
