  1. Go to your Google mail and open the email that was assigned to you by clicking 'Review Document'.

  2. Select the drop-down menu for 'Other Actions'.

  3. Select 'Assign to Someone Else'.

  4. Enter the new recipient’s information such as name and email.

  5. Provide a reason for assigning someone else in the empty field.

  6. Confirm the reassignment, and the document will be sent to the new recipient.
