1. On Zoom's main dashboard, click 'New Meeting' to get started.

2. Following that, navigate to the menu bar and click 'Record'.

3. Tap 'Share' afterwards.

4. Next, click the 'Advanced' tab.

5. Choose 'Video File' and then click 'Share'. After that, select the video file you want to record.

6. Play the video and watch it while Zoom is recording your screen. Once done, tap 'Pause/Stop Recording'.
