1. On SendGrid's login page, find and click 'Forgot Password?'.

2. Enter your registered email address into the provided input field, then tap 'Continue'.

3. Following that, open the email sent by Twilio and then tap 'Reset Your Password' to proceed.

4. Come up with a new combination and then type it into the designated input field. Re-enter the new password for confirmation.

5. Once done, click 'Reset Password' to process your request and apply the changes.

6. After completing these steps, you can now retrieve your SendGrid account by signing in using your newly registered password.
