  1. On Outlook's main dashboard, head over to the left-side panel and click 'Go To Groups'.

  2. After that, find and select the group connected to your Microsoft Planner.

  3. Tap the 'Members' tab to proceed.

  4. Subsequently, find the member you want to remove and then tap the 'Remove Member' button next to it.

  5. Click 'Yes' to confirm your request.

  6. After completing these steps, the selected member will be removed from your Microsoft Planner workspace.
