1. Navigate to your desired survey and click on the ellipsis icon next to the survey title.

2. From the drop-down menu, select 'Send survey'.

3. Go to your survey’s 'Collect Responses' section and select a collector.

4. In the collector options, find 'Multiple Responses' and ensure that it’s enabled. This will allow respondents to complete the survey multiple times from the same link.

5. Go to 'Analyze Results' in your survey.

6. Find the respondent whose survey you want to reset. Click 'Delete' which will allow them to retake the survey again if they’re using a unique link.
