1. Head over to the top menu bar, then click 'Create'.

2. After that, click 'New Group' to add a new tab.

3. Tap the provided input field and type your preferred group name. Make sure that the content theme, together with its corresponding posting day is indicated.

4. Once done, click anywhere outside the tab to apply the changes.

5. Repeat the same series of steps until all the groups for your recurring content themes are created.

6. Finally, you may now start creating post ideas for each group. Make sure that you strictly follow the indicated theme and posting day to publish social media posts accordingly.
