Salesforce - Share a report



Guide

  1. Navigate to Reports in the menu bar on the top.

  2. Click on the down arrow button of the report you want to share. And select Move from the dropdown.

  3. Reports cannot be shared directly; they need to be added to a folder since folders are shareable.

  4. We can either select one of the existing folders and move the report to it.

  5. Or create a New Folder specifically so you can move the report to it.

  6. Hit Select Folder to finish moving the report.

  7. Now we navigate to All Folders on the left pane.

  8. Select the folder to which you added your report and click on the down arrow to reveal a dropdown. You will find the Share option there.

  9. You can choose the group with which you'd like to share the folder.

  10. You can also decide the access level by choosing between View, Edit, or Manage access.

  11. Finish by clicking on the Done button.
