Navigate to the 'Documents' tab on the left-hand panel.
Open an existing one that requires signatures.
In the document editor, locate the 'Recipients' section.
Assign each signature field to the appropriate recipient by selecting their name from the dropdown menu associated with the field.
Click the 'Send' button at the top of the page.
In the sending options, choose 'Email' to send the document directly to the recipients' inboxes.
