How to Share Files with External Users in SharePoint

Go to the left-side panel, then click the site library that contains the files you want to share with external users.
Hover your mouse cursor over the file and click the 'Share' icon.
After that, tap the 'Link Settings' icon.
Select 'People You Choose' from the list of options.
Subsequently, go to the More Settings section and configure the given settings. Specify your preferred access coverage and link expiration date.
Once done, tap 'Apply' to proceed.
Finally, add the email address of the intended recipients and then click 'Copy Link'.
After completing these steps, you can now send the link to others and allow them to access your SharePoint file.
