Guide

1. From your 'Zapier' dashboard, select 'Zap'.

2. Click on the 'Trigger' field to select the event.

3. Search and select 'Jira Software Cloud' as the trigger app.

4. Select 'New Issue' as the trigger event.

5. Connect and authorize your Jira account in Zapier.

6. Select the project you want to monitor and click 'Continue'.

7. Click 'Test trigger' and zapier will fetch a recently created issue from your Jira project to test the setup.

8. Choose 'Todoist' as the action app.

9. Select 'Create Task' as the action event.

10. Connect and authorize your Todoist account.

11. Customize the Task in Todoist and click 'Continue'.

12. Hit 'Test step' to confirm the data from the Outlook event creates a task in Todoist.

13. After successful testing, click 'Publish'.
