How to Use Bookmarks in Power BI



Guide

  1. Open your report in Power BI Desktop and set up the view you desire.

  2. Go to the 'View' tab.

  3. Select 'Bookmarks'.

  4. Open the 'Bookmarks' pane and click 'Add'. A bookmark saves the current view of a report page.

  5. That's it! It captures the exact state of the report at that moment.

  6. Click 'Publish' to share your bookmark.
