How to Use Coda Templates

  1. Open Coda in your browser and click 'Templates'.

  2. Go to the 'Templates Gallery'. This will take you to a library of pre-built templates that you can use for various purposes like project management, goal tracking, and CRM.

  3. Select a template that suits your needs to create a customized document instantly. Click 'Use template.'

  4. Once you've decided on a template, this will create a new Coda document based on that template.

  5. Once the template is added to your Coda workspace, you can modify the tables and data to fit your specific needs.

  6. You can add new rows, change column types, and even create new tables as necessary.

  7. If you're working with a team, you can easily invite others to collaborate on the document. Simply click 'Share' in the top-right corner.

  8. Click 'Copy link' to collaborate seamlessly by sharing your document with teammates or external stakeholders.
