How to Whitelist an Email Address in Zendesk

  1. Click on your 'Profile' icon at the top-right corner.

  2. Tap 'View Profile' afterwards.

  3. After that, head over to the left-side panel and then click 'Manage in Admin Center'.

  4. On the Admin Center tab, find and click 'People'.

  5. Scroll down to the Configuration section, then select 'End Users'.

  6. Following that, click on the input field below 'Allowlist' and type the email address you wish to whitelist. Add a space first to separate it from other entries.

  7. Finally, click 'Save Tab' to apply the changes.
