1. Go to the 'Integrations' section.

2. Select 'Explore integrations'.

3. Go to the search bar and enter 'Zendesk'.

4. Click 'Zendesk' to start the integration process.

5. Click 'Install' to begin setting up your selected integration.

6. Enter your Zendesk URL in the empty field.

7. Click 'Connect to Zendesk'.

8. Click 'Allow' to authorize the integration.

9. Click on 'Complete setup'.
