Guide
Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and select "Zaps" to start.
Click "Trigger."
Search for and select Google Forms as the trigger app.
Choose a trigger event, such as "New Response in Spreadsheet."
Connect your Google account to Zapier.
Select the Google Form response sheet you want to monitor.
Run a test to ensure Zapier detects the data correctly.
Choose Trello as the action app.
Select an action event, such as Create Card.
Connect your Trello account.
Choose the board and list where new cards should be added.
Run a test to confirm Trello card creation.
Click "Publish" to activate the automation.
