1. Click the men icon located at the upper left corner of your Jira dashboard.

2. Under your apps, select 'Jira Service Management' to access the app.

3. By following these steps, you can access your Jira Service Desk.

4. Click on 'Projects' and then select 'View All Projects'.

5. Filter by product and select 'Jira Service Management'.

6. That's it! You have successfully accessed your Jira Service Desk.
