Hubspot - Add lead status

Guide

1. Navigate to Gear icon.

2. And select Properties from the left pane.

3. Search for "Lead Status" in the search bar.

4. Click on the Edit button.

5. • Turn on the Check boxes.

   • You can edit existing labels (e.g., "New" to "Uncontacted")

6. Click + Add option to create new lead statuses.

7. E.g., "Not Interested"

8. Click Save to finalize your lead status options.
