1. Log in to your Joomla admin panel and navigate to the 'Content' menu in the top navigation bar.

2. Click on 'Articles' from the dropdown menu to access your article management.

3. Open the article where you want to add a video, then click the 'Insert' button in the editor toolbar.

4. From the popup options, select 'Media' to open the media insertion tool.

5. Now, paste your video URL or embed code into the designated field.

6. Review the video settings and click 'Save' to insert it into your article content.

7. Click 'Save & Close' to publish your changes.
