1. Inside GoTo Meeting's main dashboard, find the meeting you want to start and click its corresponding 'Start' button.

2. After that, click the 'Backgrounds' button.

3. Select one from the available options under Default Backgrounds or click the 'Add' button under Custom Backgrounds and upload your own image file.

4. Once done, configure other necessary settings and click 'Start My Session'.

5. After completing these steps, your background in GoTo Meeting will be changed accordingly.
