1. Go to the left-side panel, then click 'My Plans'.

2. After that, find and select the specific plan you want to edit.

3. Navigate to the top menu bar, then click the drop-down arrow next to the plan name.

4. Subsequently, choose 'Plan Details' from the list of options.

5. Head over to the right-side panel and choose one from the options under the Suggested Backgrounds section.

6. After completing these steps, the background of your plan will be changed instantly.
