1. Head over to the left-side panel and click 'Profile'.

2. After that, hover your mouse cursor over the existing display photo and click the 'Pencil' icon inside it.

3. Next, tap 'Change' and select the new profile picture you prefer to use.

4. Once done, tap 'Save' to apply the changes.

5. After completing these steps, your Zoom profile picture will be changed instantly.
