  1. Look for contacts that are stuck in the early Lead Status or are still stuck in the Unqualified status.

    • CRM>Contacts> Lead Status

  2. Or contacts from companies that are stuck in early lifecycle stages (Eg. cold contact) who haven't shown recent engagement.

    • CRM>Companies> Lifecycle Stage

  3. Identify contacts with high bounce rates in your email marketing to remove those uninterested.

    • Marketing>Emails

  4. Look for contacts with missing or outdated information, like email addresses.

  5. HubSpot's deduplication tools also help you find and merge duplicate contacts.

    • CRM> Contacts> Manage duplicates

  6. You can use filters to find contacts for cleanup based on specific criteria.

    • CRM>Contacts>Advanced filters
