1. In your dashboard, find the survey you wish to close and click on it.

2. Click the 'Collect Responses' tab at the top.

3. Find the active collector and click on the ellipsis icon.

4. Select 'Close collector' and this will stop accepting new responses for that particular link or method.

5. SurveyMonkey may ask for confirmation, so confirm that you want to close the survey by clicking the 'Close collector' option.

6. Once you've closed the collector, participants will no longer be able to submit responses.
