How to Connect a SharePoint List to Power Apps



Guide

  1. On Power Apps Studio's main dashboard, head over to the left-side panel and click 'Data'.

  2. After that, tap 'Add Data' to proceed.

  3. Select 'Connectors' from the list of options.

  4. Subsequently, click 'SharePoint'.

  5. Choose the SharePoint account you wish to connect.

  6. Following that, head over to the right-side panel and click your preferred SharePoint site from your account.

  7. Select your preferred list afterwards.

  8. Once done, tap 'Connect'.

  9. After completing these steps, the selected SharePoint list will be connected to Power Apps.
