1. Go to the 'Help center' by clicking the interrogative icon.

2. Select 'Help center'.

3. Navigate to the 'Contact support' tab.

4. Look for the 'Chat with Support' button and click on it.

5. Start a conversation with Upwork’s chatbot. If the bot can’t resolve your issue, it may connect you to a live agent during business hours.

6. Click on the airplane icon to send your concern.
