How to Convert Columns to Rows in Microsoft Excel

Highlight the column(s) you want to convert to rows.
Right-click and select Copy, or press
Ctrl + C.Click on the cell where you want to paste the data as rows, right-click, and under Paste Options, select the Transpose icon (a clipboard with a rotating arrow).
Your column data will now be converted to rows!
