1. Go to Automations > Surveys.

2. Click on "Create Survey".

3. Select Custom Survey to start from scratch.

4. Decide how you want to share this survey (Email, Shareable Link, or a Webpage.)

5. Use the drag-and-drop components from the left column to build your questionnaire.

6. Add questions.

7. Add Feedback property for capturing results.

8. Hit Next

9. Cross verify if you have the correct field type (text/ number type) and hit Next.

10. Review and Publish your survey.

11. Publish your survey.

12. Lastly, copy the link to the survey and use it to collect information.
