Salesforce Create a task



Guide

  1. Navigate to Accounts > All Accounts in the menu bar.

  2. Select the account to which you want to add the tasks.

  3. Click on the Add task icon.

  4. Input Subject, Task Subtype, and Due Date for your tasks. And make sure to assign a Task Owner as well.

  5. Add an associated contact from the account in the Name field.

  6. You will get a success prompt saying your task was created.
