Salesforce Create a task: step-by-step guide
Navigate to Accounts > All Accounts in the menu bar.
Select the account to which you want to add the tasks.
Click on the Add task icon.
Input Subject, Task Subtype, and Due Date for your tasks. And make sure to assign a Task Owner as well.
