How to Create a Workflow in Asana



Guide

  1. Go to the 'Create' menu, click on it and select 'Project'.

  2. Click 'Blank Project'.

  3. Name your project, choose a default view and select 'Create project'.

  4. Click 'Share' to invite team members to your project.

  5. Invite them via email.

  6. Share the link through social media platforms.

  7. Click 'Add a task' in the first column to create tasks and projects for this step.

  8. Click on the first column’s title to name it.

  9. Click 'Add section' to create a new column. This way, you can add new columns for every workflow stage.

  10. Click on a card to assign it to a team member.

  11. Click on a card to set a due date and you’ve successfully created a basic Asana workflow from scratch.
