How to Create an Add to Calendar Link in Mailchimp



Guide

  1. Click 'Campaigns' and choose 'All campaigns'.

  2. Select your preferred campaign.

  3. In the Content section of the campaign builder, click 'Resolve' or 'Edit design'.

  4. On the 'Design' step, click a text content block to edit and highlight it.

  5. Click the 'Link' icon in the toolbar.

  6. Insert the event URL you copied from your calendar to link to your Mailchimp.

  7. Click 'Save' to proceed.

  8. Once you have inserted your calendar link, click 'Save and exit'.

  9. In preview mode, it will automatically look like this

  10. After clicking the link from the Mailchimp, you'll be directed to a new tab which is the calendar link.
