How to Create Coda Charts From Google Analytics Data

  1. Inside your Coda doc, navigate to the top-right corner and click 'Insert'.

  2. Click the provided search bar, then type 'Google Analytics'.

  3. Following that, browse the list of options under Pack Tables and select the specific set of Google Analytics data you want to turn into a Coda chart. Drag it to the main workspace for further customization.

  4. After that, click 'Connect Read Account' to establish the connection.

  5. Tap 'Sign In With Google Analytics' and log into your account.

  6. Subsequently, click 'Continue' to accept the terms and grant the necessary permissions.

  7. Tap 'Complete Setup' to proceed further.

  8. In order to synchronize your Google Analytics data with Coda, provide all the necessary information. Go to the right-side panel and configure the given settings based on your preferences.

  9. Once done, head back to the main workspace and click 'Sync Now'.

  10. At this point, it's now time to convert the table into a chart. To do that, click the drop-down arrow next to 'Refresh'.

  11. Choose 'Settings' from the options.

  12. After that, click 'More' to view other available formats.

  13. Select 'Chart' from the choices.

  14. Subsequently, configure the chart settings according to your liking. Go over the options and set them up accordingly.

  15. After completing these steps, a Coda chart from Google Analytics data will be created.
