  4. Drag forms, reports, or queries from the navigation pane onto the navigation form.

  5. Click on the 'File' button.

  6. Select 'Options'.

  7. From the 'Access Options', select the 'Current Database' button.

  8. Go to the 'Display Form', click the drop-down arrow.

  9. Set the 'Display Form' option to the navigation form.

  10. Click 'OK' to confirm.
