1. Go to 'Forms and popups'.

2. From available templates, choose and click 'Use template' that you want to use.

3. In the form editor, you can edit the template, add more fields, and edit their style and layout.

4. Click 'Choose audience' to pick which visitors you want to target your form.

5. Click 'Save' after selecting your audience.

6. Click 'Connect store' if you want to target store visitors of your product.

7. Click 'Choose trigger'.

8. After deciding the trigger you prefer for your form, toggle it on and click 'Save'.

9. To schedule your form, click 'Set timing'.

10. Decide the schedule, frequency, and rules when your pop up will be displayed Click 'Save' after.

11. Enter the name of your form.

12. Paste the site URL where you want the form to appear.

13. Click 'Save and publish' to publish the form.
