1. In the main dashboard, click on 'Contacts' in the top menu.

2. Click the 'Import statistics' tab.

3. Click 'Add contacts'.

4. Select an import method by clicking the 'Upload a file, choose an external service or paste rows'.

5. To upload a file, select a file from your computer.

6. Confirm that you have obtained consent from the contacts you are importing.

7. Click 'Next'.

8. Click the 'Import' button to start the import process.

9. Wait for completion and click 'OK, got it'.
