How to Create Survey on SurveyMonkey with Tracking Email

Log in to your SurveyMonkey account and click 'Create' survey'.
In the 'Design Survey' tab, customize the layout, themes, and survey title as per your needs.
You can even add a short message.
For RSVP surveys, you might include questions about event attendance, preferences, or other RSVP details.
Add questions by selecting the question type such as multiple choice or rating.
Click 'Preview survey' to ensure that your survey is how you like it.
Once you're satisfied, click 'Continue'.
In the 'Collect Responses' section, select 'Send by email' as your collector response.
You may enter the recipient in the empty field of click 'Add Recipients'.
Once done, click 'Next'.
After clicking the 'Next' button, you will be directed to the collector settings. Click the drop-down arrow for 'Invitation Tracking'.
Enable the 'Invitation Tracking' by clicking the option 'On, show how many people opened your email invitation and clicked through to your survey'.
Once you have configured your collector settings, click 'Send Now'.
