1. Head over to the top navigation bar, then click 'Analyze Results'.

2. After that, choose the result data you prefer to use.

3. Scroll down to the summary of the results and click the 'Customize' button at the top-right corner.

4. Under the Chart Type tab, select your preferred graph design.

5. Once done, click 'Save' to apply the changes.

6. After completing these steps, the graph in your SurveyMonkey form will be customized according to your inputs.
