1. Inside Buffer's Create Post panel, click 'AI Assistant'.

2. Following that, come up with a detailed text prompt that describes the video caption you want to generate. Enter it afterwards into the provided input field.

3. Tap 'Generate' to proceed.

4. Review the video caption. If you want to customize it further, use the provided editing options. For instance, you may rephrase, shorten, or expand the output. At the same, you may also make the tone more casual or formal.

5. Once done, click 'Insert'.

6. After completing these steps, the caption tailored for your video will be created and added to your Buffer post.
